I'm. a new member to @steemit and I've been finding it hard to get around because I don't really know what to do or how to do it, I understand I'm obviously doing it right now anyways (making a post) but my question really is, what are these groups and how do I make a valid post. like this group for example @actifit
whats it about, why is there an app involved, do I have to get the app to post here? how many other groups use apps... I'd like to be put through, please friends.
