My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2024
I took a medicine last night that's I stayed longer in bed. When I woke up, I prepared for our meeting and had a late breakfast.
At 9:30 am, we went to the meeting place. The meeting started at 10 and ended around 11:40.
In the afternoon I accompany my wife at a store to pick up some of her orders. And around 5:30, we went to a sports center. We walk and jog at the Oval. After that we walked at the boulevard and went home.
