Hey, friends, For coffee lovers or coffee connoisseurs, it's important to know when is the right time to enjoy a cup of coffee, friend.
Because coffee contains caffeine, and it is common knowledge that caffeine is a substance in coffee which is an alkaloid compound, and is bitter in nature to work as a psychoactive stimulant and mild diuretic, my friends. Consuming caffeine when cortisol levels are high creates two problems.
One of them is this: that caffeine interferes with the body's production of cortisol, a hormone released in response to stress and low blood glucose, friends. This body ends up producing less cortisol, and relying more on caffeine to compensate.
