Tomato Rice with mutton curry
The month of Ramadan is going to end, and we only got the chance to visit the Ramadan Bazaar. Husband chose this for his meal, and I got to taste too.
It is called tomato rice with mutton curry, usually served with 'papadom' snack and picked cucumbers. The most delicious is the mutton curry. I don't know how long they cook it but the mutton was soft and juicy, the curry was so thick full with flavour of spices.
Awesomely delicious. Slurppp and yums!
