Dinner is served

I love one-pot-dish. So fast, so convenient. Easy preparations and easy clean up.

And of all the one-pot-dish, our favourite has got to be one-pot curry vegetables. This dish is so versatile, you can literally add any vegetables you like. Here are cabbages, brinjals, potatoes, little bit tomatoes, one stalk lemongrass for extra fragrance. There are also soybean bubble, we called it 'to fu pok' in our language.

After that, heat up some frozen Korean dumplings.

And we eat those dishes with warm rice. Yummy in tummy.
