The Acehnese really like pliek u to mix in dishes such as Kuah Pliek and Pliek U processing is free of chemicals and anyone who will eat it will not harm the body.

The procedure for processing naturally without using machines:
Take some old coconuts, then peel the old coconut husk thoroughly. After the coconut husk is clean then the coconut shell is split open to remove the water in the old coconut, then after all the old coconut shells are split, the old coconut is fermented for 3 days to proceed to the next stage. after the fermentation process, it is time to measure the coconuts.

After that the coconuts have been measured, the contents of the coconut are put into a container and fermented for 3 days, then on the last day the drying process is carried out under the hot sun. after the drying process and it looks dry, the next step is the process of separating the oil from the dried coconut using a press to remove the oil and after all the oil comes out of the coconut, then the pliek u can be marketed.
