Extreme levels of repeated content share fair.

We have been keeping an eye on @tipu's investors for a long time. They send some steem to @tipu's account and add a post link in the memo field. Then Tipu came to that post and voted. This is a familiar thing. But when a whale offers this kind of service, it has to be very careful.

We noticed most of @tipu's investors are abusing. They write a post and then post the same post repeatedly. They have been doing this for a long time. Abuse Watcher has issued multiple warnings as per their own rules. We want these abusers to stop their activities as soon as possible. Also we request Tipu to monitor his service well.
