Everyone has the right to confidential, quality, individualized and voluntary family planning information and services. We can prevent around 20% pregnancy through family planning. Studies says that family planning programs have revolutionized the field of reproduction in developing countries which is possible because of the intimate personal relationship between men and women. The twp things that are the first steps to ensuring safe motherhood are providing and accessing family planning services. In the 1980s and 1990s, family planning programs achieved success in Bangladesh.

The emphasis of family planning programs is to encourage people to adopt long-term and sustainable measures. Trying to meet the needs of every man and woman or couple. To train and motivate service providers to provide quality services. Emphasis on establishing good communication between service providers and receivers. Ensuring the supply of contraceptives.
Encouraging men to play an active role in family planning. One of the problems of Bangladesh is the uncontrolled population. To limit this population, family planning programs need to be made more effective as always. Need for effective policy-making, creation of facilities, efficient human resource development, and sound management—formulation, implementation, control, and evaluation of proper procedures. Family planning is a very sensitive issue in the social context of Bangladesh. People feel shy to talk about it. Women especially find this very secretive. Every responsible citizen of the country needs to play his role in order to remove this shyness of the people and encourage them to adopt the family planning system. Service providers should be especially mindful of the needs of service recipients. They should be informed and encouraged to take the right approach. It is only through the active participation of all that family planning can be successful.
