SEC-S16W5 | A Trip With a Steemian User [Trip with @sahmie]
Greetings travelers. It's been a beautiful contest every week, and I've gotten the opportunity to learn new locations for my journey. I want to commend the Traveling Steem community for their efforts thus far.
Who is the Steemian of your choice to travel with and why? Tell us the reasons. |

Picking who to travel with now, just one steemian comes to mind, @sahmie. Sahmie is an amazing individual to be in the company of. We've been friends for a good number of years and I know his skill set. He doesn't travel often but he's one who properly plans for one with an eye for great locations. Going to a completely new city with Sahmie as travel buddy is nice as it would be adventure all the way. He would say "we cannot behave like we're new in the location," so we would have to blend in and figure out a lot on our own until we must ask. This is as fun as it gets.
Sahmie also has amazing first aid skills set, so if there's an emergency he's a great guy to be with.

Routes for travel... Well we stay in the same city, so going to the desired location wouldn't be so hard. We would take a vehicle from Yenagoa to Port Harcourt, on getting to Port Harcourt, we would go to the airport, take plane tickets and fly to Abuja, from Abuja we would book our flights for London and then we'd get to my desired destination.
Chosen location for travel is London.

Well, one thing that usually makes younger boys bond at first is football. Probably you share support for the same football team or same passion for the sport. @sahmie is an Arsenal fan and I'm a Chelsea fan. We have come a long way from bantering each other's club to purely explain the game and enjoy the game. Arsenal fans generally feel they are in the title race this season and as much as I know my friend, he's calm but would be so excited to see Arsenal lift a title that is not FA Cup. It would be amazing to experience the atmosphere with the fans at the stadium mostly now the league is almost over.
So it'll be nice to both see a game at Stamford Bridge and at the Emirates. Being amongst those fans would be amazing, I particularly think taking Sahmie to the Bridge on the 23rd of April, 2024, singing the three little birds songs with the Chelsea fans and beating Arsenal to spoil Arsenal's title charge would be an amazing part of the journey.
Apart from the football aspect, I'm certain we'd enjoy the city as it has so many sights and places to see. London is beautiful. I think one place I'm definitely going to take a picture is London bridge, it was in the words of songs learnt from childhood and a very famous location amongst other sites to see.

Hello @sahmie, I have tickets for games at Stamford Bridge and the Emirates with an all expense paid trip to see the games and enjoy the city for two weeks. Journey is in April, get prepared, see you soon.
