Assalam Alaikum, I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your life. I pray that you will always be happy. I am grateful to the Steemit team who gave us a great opportunity in the form of an engagement challenge. The topic of this post is really awesome as I am very fond of travel and tourism, so I am excited to participate in this contest.
Where did you go during the year 2023? What activities were carried out? |

What I would consider my best trip of the year is the trip is our college's annual trip to Swat. Swat is called the Switzerland of the East. Allah Almighty has blessed the entire Swat with natural beauty. In Swat, between Madin and Bahrain, there are some places on the tops of high mountains, which make the eyes shine with gratitude for the power of Allah. Some areas in Swat are unsurpassed in beauty. Among them, Kalam, Malam Jabba, Murghazar, Shangro Dand and Gabin Jabba are worth mentioning.
We spent three days in swat and did a lot of activities, including some special things. I will tell you, which were river rafting, chair lift and climbing high mountain peaks and visiting the local markets and shopping there. Eating famous food and bonfires in the open sky are all activities we did there.
Any anecdote that makes this trip so unique to be considered the best one of '23? |

By the way, during our trip, we did a lot of activities and had a lot of fun, so every single moment we spent there is worth seeing, so, we had a lot of fun, but one thing that makes this trip the most unique. That is Bonfire under the sky. I had a little musical competition where all the friends got together and played games and sang songs. It was also a great time to sit in the room and talk and laugh a lot at night.

I was not alone on this tour. I had many classmates and cousins with me. It was an annual trip to our college, so students from almost all classes participated and we were accompanied by our respected teachers who led this beautiful trip. That's why this trip was memorable for us because we were all classmates and our teacher was with us, so time spent with friends is always the best.
Have you planned a budget for it? How much did you spend during the trip? |

I didn't make any special financial plans for this trip because people plan when they are traveling alone, so on this trip, our food, drinks, accommodation and our transportation were all under the responsibility of the college. So colleges were responsible for budgeting etc. But when this trip was announced i.e. a week ago, since then I started saving money from my pocket money for extra expenses. My total expenses were 13,000, of which 7,000 was paid to the college which every child had to pay and 6,000 was my expenses.

Tourism is my favorite hobby. I am very fond of traveling, so I plan to travel in 2024. I want to tour Gilgit Hunza next year around June July because it is not possible for me to go there in winter, but in summer the weather there is very interesting and Skardu and Hunza are beautiful regions of Pakistan due to their natural beauty. They have their own unique identity all over the world. So I am very much looking forward to visiting Skardu and Hunza once in my life.
