The Diary Game [23/06/2024] How I Spend My Sunday

Good morning my beloved steemians across the globe, I am happy to be back here, hope your day is already going smoothly as mine. Please just permit me to share with you how my yesterday Sunday went.

That morning I woke up so early at about 5:30am and went to fetch water from the tap in the compound, then after I brushed my teeth, took my bath before dressing up to church.

Sorry I forgot to tell you that my girlfriend came around to visit, as she is also my church member and a chorester too, so we prepared everything fast so to be able to leave for church early.

After dressing up, we left to church, we entered a mini-bus that was going to my church location, as we arrived the church, Sunday school lesson was still going on and we located a seat in the choir stand and sat comfortably.

After the Sunday school lesson, the worship and the praises session took over and we worshiped and praised our God both in singing and dancing.

After that, the three choirs sang their ministration, which was very impactful and anointing was flowing heavily and luckily I felt under anointing to the glory of God.

Then my pastor mounted the podium and gave the sermon which lasted for about 1hour plus, it was a kind of teaching session which we were all blessed bountifully, after the preaching my pastor prayed for us and then shared the benediction and the church was dismissed.

The praise team were asked to wait for brief meeting after church, so we waited and attended the meeting.

The meeting didn't take time, so after the talk we all went home. As I got home, I quickly removed soup from the fridge and warmed and also prepared eba (garri).

After eating I wanted to rest for some minutes or an hour but I was interrupted by by a call from @tripple-e. She came to visit me, from there the three of us we went out briefly.

After the brief outing with the girls, I went straight to visit my mentor since his house was closed to where I was.

As I got to my mentor's house I meet with two of our steemians @etette and @mattmillion, I was happy to finally meet them face to face

My mentor @megareigns has been off Steemit for some months now, so one of my purpose was to go ginger him to come back online because I have missed his post and the rest of that, I thank God I was able to convinced him back to Steemit, and to my surprised he wrote his welcome back speech as a diary game yesterday.

As I got back home, I freshened up and then look for snacks and eat before I lay down to sleep because I was so tired and exhausted and also my phone battery was below 15%.

That was how I spend my yesterday, thank you for reading my post patiently, as I drop my pen here, till my next diary session.
