Transistors are an essential building block in many electronic circuits and devices. They are often used as switches or amplifiers, regulate voltage or act like a gate in a logic circuit. Prominently featuring in both analogue and digital circuits. Understanding transistors is key to effective troubleshooting, designing and building electronic projects.

This NPN transistor is Good 👍

Conclusion:

Transistors are more complicated compared to resistors, capacitors and LED. Other components had two simple connectors but the transistor has three connectors.
Testing a transistor is also difficult compared to testing other components.

Hi @udyliciouz, thank you for participating in the electronics assignment for week 4.

I have accessed your tasks and offer the following remarks:

  • You have done your task 1 with the right diagram and the datasheets are in order. However, you haven't stated if there are differences among the two transistors on that task. You should have discussed in details your observations, their differences if at all, perhaps, their applications.

  • Task 2: While you have presented the datasheets for the required transistors, this task lacks backup details to support what you presented.
While testing each of those transistors, you should have written down the steps you took and what you observed.

Comment/Recommendation
  • Your photos and diagrams are neat , but your presentation lacks details to back up. Perhaps, you have less knowledge about the topic. I would recommend that you read the datasheets you presented, test those transistors with multimeter, note their differences.

Thank you for the evaluation and feedback. I thought I put in the best because it took me some days to finished up with the submission of this homework task. Just as you said I needed more insight on the topic but I promised to try harder in the next task.

Thank you, friend!
I'm @steem.history, who is steem witness.
Thank you for witnessvoting for me.

The weight is reduced because of the lack of Voting Power. If you vote for me as a witness, you can get my little vote.

Upvoted. Thank You for sending some of your rewards to @null. It will make Steem stronger.

Nice pictures in your transistor testing steps, if you can make a GIF, it could adds more colour to the quality of your post.
You take a 5 to 7 minutes vedio and convert it to GIF. I just learnt how to do it recently...

Thank you @manuelhooks for stopping by and suggestion. I will try that in the next homework task.
