Was the resistor you used a 1k ohms resistor as you mentioned? Your picture is saying otherwise.

I saw "stano" among the things you used, so I was asking for the meaning. I can see you have also listed "tin". So it's a bit confusing, are they the same thing?

Efectivamente Estaño = tin
Codigo de la resistencia Marrón (1), Negro(0), Rojo(100), Dorado(+/-5%).
10x100 +/- 5%
