Anxiety is experiencing a higher level of worries, it often comes with fear and nervousness that are persistent.
Prolonged anxiety can have serious adverse effects on our physical and mental health.

Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

When dealing with a sick kid
When my child is sick, i often worry especially when they are slow to respond to medication. I am also very anxious when all of a burden they start running temperature. It was worst when i was a new mum.

When my husband got sick
When my husband got so ill that i thought i was going to loose him, i was very anxious and afraid that i will be all alone.

Poor preparation
I also feel anxiety during an interview or when sitting for an examination i did not prepare well.

How do you deal with this feeling?

I try to think of a solution more than the problem itself. Instade of basking in self-pity and looking for sympathy. I use that energy to look for possible solutions while being realistic about my situation.

To deal with anxiety, i try to do things that help others. Becoming helpful to others takes me away from my problems, giving me a clearer mind to think with.

During sich distressing times, i associate with people who consoles, encourage and give me helpful advice.
There is this old but wise saying that in times of distress, If we despair, then our power will be limited or scattered. For this reason, i try to keep my cool.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

When all breaks loos, there must be something you can hold on to, some kind of sure hope, a promise or a belive.
Being prepared will cut down anxiety when taking an examination or during an interview. Having a realistic view of life with proactive expectations will eliminate the element of suppress to some extent.
If serious, take medication to manage the stress and anxiety.

It is important to sleep well. Getting enough sleep will keep reducing your anxiety.
Identify the cause and tackle it. If use of technology in having some ill effects on You, limit its usage. Stay engaged in purposeful activities that benefit others. Stay focused and look forward, a purposeful life makes all the difference.

My dear friend anxiety is causes of stress which leads to psychological disorder and we suffered a lot from it.

Being mom we are sensitive about the kids and become worry very soon especially when we see their late response towards medication.
