What we plant is what we will reap later!

If we spread joy, then happiness is what we will get. There is nothing happier than being the reason for creating smiles on other people's faces because of us, especially the people we love and those around us.

Family smiles are happiness that will never be priceless.

What made you happy today?

Knowing that my eldest child was declared to graduate as one of the best in his school. This afternoon when I picked Afiza up at school, I received the good news from her teacher that Afiza had graduated from Kindergarten and was recommended to continue to Elementary School (SD).

Apart from that, I am happy because my mother-in-law came to visit us today, it has been almost two months since she visited us after our father died in a motorbike accident.

For me, happiness always has room to come to color our lives every day, it's just a matter of how we welcome and make every moment into happiness.

Do you think there is more suffering or more joy in life?

Suffering and joy are two things that are interrelated and we cannot avoid them in navigating everyday life. Whether suffering or joy is more depends on how we respond to every problem that befalls us.

I am a typical person who doesn't want to complain about life's conditions, no matter how difficult they are, so I can say that every day I go through is the goal of happiness. It cannot be denied that each of us is not free from suffering, whether in terms of love, work, and even economic conditions. However, our task is only to try to minimize any suffering that must end in joy.

Do you usually talk more about your problems or your joys?

I always start the day by trying to have a good opinion of everything that I experience, even if it is not pleasant for me, in living my life I almost never talk about the problems I experience, I always try to talk more about joy, as if my life has no problems.

As I said above, it cannot be denied that all of us are not free from problems or suffering, but for me getting used to always appearing happy is a must, because that way the problems will slowly disappear and we will focus on happiness.

Do you consider yourself a happy person who spreads that beautiful energy to others?

Yes, I feel that way because in my daily life I always appear cheerful and radiate the positive energy that is within me to everyone I meet. I am a typical humorous person and always invite the person I am talking to to laugh happily, because for me I spend the day full of jokes. Laughing can make us look younger and can prolong our age.

Life is very beautiful if we go through it with a good opinion of everything we encounter, there is no need to feel suspicious about other people's treatment of us, our feelings cannot be influenced by other people's small actions, we are the ones who have the right to determine how we feel today. So stick to the principle that life is beautiful and every day we go through is for the purpose of happiness.
