I survive out of pure anxiety

Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

Is there anyone who has never gone through anxiety? The answer should be a big "NO" because more or less we human go through this unexpected situation in life.

We all know how is the feeling of anxiety and how it affects on our mental health. Anxiety can kill us inside and we have to find a way to get out of it.

Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

There are many unexpected situation, incidents and thoughts make me anxious. I'm a negative and over thinker so I often think about future that cause me anxiety. Most of the time financial issues in my life cause anxiety because my income is seasonal and not monthly based salary.

When people around me found toxic and they try to mess with me at that time it cause anxiety. Whenever I see someone doing injustice to other and bully others I feel anxious at that moment too.

How do you deal with this feeling?

Most of the time I leave that environment that make me feel anxiety. I prefer to go for a walk, watch a movie or funny videos on social media. I try to feed myself my favorite foods that can help me to overcome anxiety.

Prayers can heal and also can help forgetting such situation that made me anxious. I attend prayer five times a day so I can fight with negative thoughts, frustration and tension about future. Getting worried about future cause me anxiety most of the time.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

Well I think take a long walk, long drive, meditation and prayers can help us fighting with the suffering of anxiety. Planning a tour or spending time with nature can be helpful too. Best if we can connect with Almighty via our prayers and it can heal us as I try it most of the time.

Actually avoiding the environment and people that can cause anxiety is more important than everything else. I prefer to leave a place where toxic people live who make me anxious most of the time. You should try this at first and then try other healing methods.

When feeling anxiety, the best thing is to leave the situation that's causing you such, find another place to be that will help you regain yourself.

It's something not to feel ashamed about because it happens to everyone.
