SEC-s20w6: Full Body Exercises"
Hello friends, I'm so delighted to participate once again in this week 6 of the season 20 engagement challenge. This program has been helpful to my whole body system, I lost interest in my regular exercise but this fitness program brought back the zeal, Full Body Exercises is what I have been waiting for, finally we have it. Do you know why I was waiting for it? I guess you would want to find out. Now let's get started.
warm up.
I did like three different warm up exercises which includes jogging, running and jumping.
Jogging= I did this for about 2 Minutes
Running at a place = 2 Minutes
Jumping = 2 Minutes
This warmups helped my body system to face the main full body exercises. After then I was fully energized.
Week 2 Abs Attack.
I did press up for about 5 Minutes, I did this by laying on the floor , stretching my hands and legs then I started lifting my body up. It was challenging I rested in-between lines then continued until I was tired.
Week 3: Fitness Training 👉 quest for stronger legs"
What I did here is squat. This is the strongest of it all, I had muscle pull because all the strength and weight went to my legs.
As the name implies, I did like I'm squatting keeping my legs slightly apart ,then I carry my butt up and down, it was hard but I continued and did it repeatedly 10 times . After this exercise I couldn't walk my thighs felt the whole pain. But it worth it.
Week 4- Strengthening the muscles at the buttocks and hips region.
Our butts and hips region are very important to us as ladies, I can't be left out in this exercise because I really need to build my butts. I repeated the squat because it was helpful to my butts and hips region .
Week 5: Arms/Shoulder Sculpturing Exercises"
This is one of the exercises that I have picked interest in doing even after this engagement challenge. I did shoulder tap,
I explained how it was done in my last week's post, after some corrections from the fitness organizers I did better this time. I tried stretching my body by laying straight then I lifted my body and tapped my shoulders with my hands left and right for 10 times repeatedly.

Exercising the whole body is very necessary, I don't think anyone would be happy having one particular part of the body bigger than other parts. To me it's not ideal that's why we need this exercise to make sure all the body are involved in the fitness. Here are the benefits.
It helps us to get a good sleep.
It helps the flexibility of our body system.
It helps good heart functioning.
It builds the bone to become stronger.
it helps in muscles stimulation.
I did the whole body exercises for 30 minutes.
After that I stretched to regain my balance and I drank my water to stay hydrated.

I ate pawpaw which will help my immune system.

Can someone use dancing to achieve a good result in the whole body fitness program?
This is where I will draw the curtain, it was beautiful following this challenge till now.

Hello @okere-blessing. Regular exercise is very beneficial for health. You have written in detail about each exercise. Jogging, dumping, and running are really essential exercises to maintain our fitness in our daily life. Watching the video I realized about your health awareness. I welcome such nice competition to keep myself fit. It is particularly effective in human health.

Hi, it's great that you have taken the time to exercise your whole body and at the same time eat healthy, papaya is delicious, my dad always prepares us papaya juice mixed with some citrus fruit and the result is a delicious mixture.
I really like abdominal exercises, but I'm bad at doing push-ups, little by little we will get better :)
