SEC S20W3/ Creative work by a child

Greetings from me,

This engagement challenge brought back the connection ,bond between guidance and their children . It also took me back to childhood days when most of our play was to make Craft, I do see my daughter making some beautiful things with used papers upon seeing this challenge I called her attention to it and she told me what she can do.

Explain the creative process step by step with your illustrations, don't forget to share the materials used and the final result

I can truthfully say that my daughter is very good at creative things, here are the items used

• Scissors
• Carton
• White paper
• Iron gum

I helped measure her feet before cutting the carton , she cut the white paper after then she opened the gum and place the white paper over the carton, I helped her to cut the fancy into tiny size while she folded the fancy and placed it on the slippers. It was a simple process of which other children can do .

At the end of the creative work, tell us what craft you made and what use it has.

We made paper slippers, slippers as an important footwear helps us to stay warm . It prevents us from falling from slippery surfaces. I know how profitable it is to a slippers maker, one more good thing about our creativity is ,it does not have season., It's something that is sellable at any time and day.

Ask the child what their favorite material was during the process and why? Feel free to tell us about the best moments they experienced while making this piece.

I can say she loves the white paper because it was very easy for her to cut unlike the carton that she asked me to help her out. She was very happy because all these while I have not been paying attention to her work. So it was an awesome opportunity for her to see me even putting interest in what she is doing. I saw much excitement on her face.

The name of my daughter that did this work is kindness She is smart ,quite and intelligent, she is 4 years old she is currently in Nursery 1 Class .

It was indeed a special moment with her. We are looking forward to week 4, untill then here is my entry in this week's engagement challenge.
