Overcoming fear.
Good day my beautiful steemians how are you doing? I'm happy to be here with you guys once again to talk about my fears and how I overcomes it. So sate back and relax as I unfold my story.
What is your biggest fear in life?
In life every one has his own fear bit the way you deal with it makes you a super person. I have fears and my biggest fear in life is accident and death.
Some years back ago I had a friend of mine that came to my place to see me. We chat, talk and eat together after she left my place.
The next day early in the morning she left out to get to get some food items in the morning unfortunately she had an accident and died instantly.
I was so devastated we cried and cried until we got tried but to no avail. Since then when I want to cross the road especially a very besy commercial road I get affriad because the insident of my friend and how soon she left me a day she came to my place still reflect on my memory.
Another thing is about my children I don't want to die and live them in another woman's harms to treat them like a maid. I know that we are on a turbulent world no one knows when he or she will die but i want to live and see them grow and become a men and women great.

This fears has really dealt with me and I wish there is nothing like death and accident in the world.
Do you have any phobia?
I have this anxiety of speaking on a public I find it difficult because I'm a such person that doesn't make friends easily with people.
How do you motivate yourself to overcome fear?
I motivate myself by.
Praying to God to take away the spirit of fear in me.
I try to force myself to mingle and associate with people especially those one that doesn't have anxiety in them.
Every day I pray and ask God for protection and safety journey of life. Of which he has been doing it for me.
Trying to remove my mind from what so ever that will make me to feel or get affriad especially horror movies.
Finally i play some Christan songs that can give me comfort and remove my mind from thinking.

Death is a terrible thing and something that is going to happen to all of us.
I felt just like you when I was young and still had my children living with me. As I grew older, it changed. I no longer worry about passing away. So, don't worry, your fear will get weaker with time.

Dear friend, I'm so sorry about the loss of your friend. Death is inevitable, it's a price we here on earth are destined to pay one day, but I pray we don't die prematurely. I pray you live to reap the fruit of your labour, amen.
