Today to what on making me trully happyies was the simpliy act of spendinges quallity time with my loving on ones. to from the moment I woke up on I felt a deep sensess of gratetude for the littlle bit things from the warmths of the morning sun to the deliecious breakfast I sharing with my family and the laughing and we enjoyed together. These small on every day momentes reminds me of the abundanse of blessinges in my life.

Life is a to mixx of both pain and pleasure and I believe its all about positions. while to the challenging and hardshipes are certain they are offten lead to the growing and deepper apreciation for the joyfull momentes. Personaly I choise to focusing on the positiveness and learnning from the negativess. This mind set helpps me see the glass as half full alternately than hallf emptys.

I have takes in to the balance talkes about both my problemes and my joying. to shared my strugles helpes me feel suporting and apreciate while shred my joying spreades positivily and hapiness. One moment that standing out is when i celebrating on my 30th birthday recentlly. As I aproached this mile stone and I apreciate felt anxiouses but the day it self brought imense joying . reflectings on my journeyson through my 20 so I felt a senses of achievementing and excitementes for the future. This experienae was a blending on of self to the analysis and celebration are the which I hapily sharing with my closening friends and familys.
