Lifestyle diary game || 13 June 2024 || A day in my life as a doctor in hospital

With the name of Allah who is the most beneficent and the most merciful good morning everyone I hope everyone is doing very well.

I'm Mubashara from Pakistan and I'm going to share my diary here.
I initiate my day at 4:25 a.m. when I offer the fajr prayer after that I go for the morning walk for a while because if there is a little bit good at the morning and it is totally sunny after 7:00 a.m. and June month is going on and Pakistan have the hottest month of June that's why it's very difficult to survive and to be in the outdoor. While walking around I saw very beautiful pink flowers in a pot that fascinat me a lot and I take a picture of it because I have my mobile phone at the spot. Here you can see in the picture the beautiful flowers it is not fully awaken at that time because it is morning but it will looks very nice in the noon I am pretty sure.

After having a little walk I came my home and then I iron my clothes it is actually my uniform that I used to wear in the hospital.
After wearing my hospital dress I reach to my hospital at 8:05 a.m. sharp. And at 8:00 a.m. in the morning in the hospital view is very interesting because all the patients along with all the doctors and messenger and Hospital staff is coming and here you can see the picture everyone is going to their particular rows so that they can reach on their duty and mark there attendance. Margin attendance is very important because our salary totally depends on the the time when we enter to the hospital and when we leave the hospital both attendance are very important.

There are Total two shifts of dialysis per day and the majority of patient are suffering with chronic kidney diseases and they must required lower limb physiotherapy therapy so the blood circulation can be very active and they have improvement in their body. So I go to that alysses room and here he cannot share the picture of the patients because it is another thing to share and also I have to take on send and patient usually did not give consent to take their picture in such appearance.

After that I put notes of my Physiotherapy on every vision and take picture of them for my record because I have to note it down in my ipd register that is a indoor patient registered that we did in the words we have to know down for all the record and maintenance.

Then at 12:00 a.m. it's time for my visit in the ICU where are call from the patient and the department came to our department that a patient requires a physiotherapy and we must have to guide to their attendant. And here you can see the file of the patient and again I cannot really patient face or anything else also it is very strictness in the intensive Care unit we have to wear the shoe cover along with the haircover and grow with all the precautions and did not have a touch anything then where you can see I take the picture of the file.

Then according to my Physiotherapy protocol I give just physiotherapy along with some range of motion and bed positioning techniques guide it to patient and patient attendant and after that I came back from the ICU remove my shoe cover and hair cover sanitize my hand completely and came out from the ICU.

After that I go to the cafe for lunch because it's my break time from one p.m. and I go to Cafe all the food is make according to the patients so we doctors have to eat it I ordered simple Dal along with the chapati because I wanted to eat something healthy and I did a lot of patients today so I am very hungry as well. Decided to take this rather than something frying or unhealthy product then I finished my food within 15 minutes because I have to go to next award for the round.

At 2:00 p.m. I have to go to pulmonology ward and say two patients there one is need and one is and I address then and the main purpose of going to this word is the chess with basically at a make in which week clear the airways of the patients so that he or she can breathe easily.

After then that one of my nearest friend call me that she wanted to meet me and talk about something interesting so she said that she wanted to meet me so rather than going home at 2:00 p.m. from of to University I decided to go to a nearest cafe so that we both can meet there and then I can easily go home and complete all my work once.

We meet at hardy's cafe that is one of the famous Cafe for their burger and unlimited drinks. I reach to get fair 2:30 p.m. my friend also came there we order the food and food is freshly served and very hot the specialty of this cafe is that we have unlimited ses to drink and we can order them twice or thrice.

We did gossips and he also discuss an important topic with me which I cannot tell here and after that I go to home at 3:30 p.m.
After coming to the home I was so much tired that I have zero energy left and then I decided to sleep for a while and then I wake up again at 6:00 p.m. and it some important ask from my laptop at home and then I have my dinner and then I sleep for whole night again.
