hola comunidad, hoy les quería mostrar algo muy rico que pudimos lograr preparar en casa. Para empezar se llama CACHAPA es un plato típico en Venezuela en algunas regiones y su base de preparación es muy común en otros país.

Ingredients for CACHAPA is: 1. Corn. 2. Milk. 3. Sugar. 4. Cheese. 5. Butter. 6. Salt.

ingredientes para la CACHAPA es: 1. Maíz. 2. Leche. 3. Azúcar. 4. Queso. 5. Mantequilla. 6. Sal.

The preparation is something simple, it does not require any complex protocol, you mix the dough with the liquid milk and add the taste of salt or if you want to give it a dulson touch you add sugar, then you have to notice that it is not watery but a little thick and Give it a good time in a budare to cook because if you take it out in less time it will be raw and it will go bad.

la preparación es algo simple no requiere algún protocolo complejo, mezclas la masa con la leche líquida y le echas el gusto de sal o si quieres darle un toque dulson le pones azúcar, luego tienes que percatar que no te quede aguada sino un poco espesa y darle un buen tiempo en un budare para cocinar ya que si la sacas en menos tiempo queda cruda y cae mal.

If you want an additional ingredient you can use fried pork rinds or bacon, stewed chicken or stewed meat. In my case today we use fried bacon

si deseas un ingrediente adicional puedes usar Chicharrón o Tocino frito, pollo en guiso o carne en guiso. En mi caso de hoy usamos Tocino frito

siempre debes idratar el sarten con aceite o Mantequilla para evitar se pegue.
