Las habilidades motoras finas son la capacidad de hacer movimientos usando los músculos pequeños de nuestras manos y muñecas. Los chicos dependen de estas destrezas para realizar tareas importantes en la escuela y en su vida diaria.

¿Qué son las habilidades motoras finas? ✏️

Usamos las habilidades motoras finas para hacer movimientos pequeños. Estos movimientos son tan naturales para la mayoría de las personas que por lo general no pensamos en ellos. Sin embargo, las habilidades motoras finas son complejas. Involucran esfuerzos coordinados del cerebro y los músculos, y se desarrollan a partir de las habilidades motoras gruesas que nos permiten realizar movimientos más grandes.

Why work fine motor skills with our children/students? 🤓

Fine motor skills are the ability to make movements using the small muscles of our hands and wrists. Kids depend on these skills to perform important tasks at school and in their daily lives.

What are fine motor skills? ✏️

We use fine motor skills to make small movements. These movements are so natural to most people that we don't usually think about them. However, fine motor skills are complex. They involve coordinated efforts of the brain and muscles, and build on the gross motor skills that allow us to make larger movements.
