Steemit Engagement Challenge S18 W1 || I survive out of pure anxiety

I appreciate such a beautiful and informative context. I'm very excited to participate in this engagement challenge because nowadays, everyone faces various problems that cause anxiety and worry. If not addressed, this anxiety can lead to mental health issues for many people.

Today, I'm going to write the first post for the first week of Engagement Challenge Season 17 on Comunidad Latin.

Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

My mother's illness:
When my mother becomes ill, I get extremely worried because she is my life, and I cannot spend even a minute without her.

Married sisters:
Sometimes, I become anxious about my married sisters because when a girl gets married, her responsibilities increase. When they face household problems, I feel very anxious.

Financial instability:
Nowadays, nothing can be done without money. For the past year, I've been trying to earn money through freelancing but haven't succeeded yet. When I need something and have no money, I suffer from anxiety.

Before exams:
Before exams, I become very anxious because, in the BS education system, exams are conducted so quickly that I don't have enough time to prepare. This puts me in a fully anxious mood.

How do you deal with this feeling?

  • When I'm anxious, I take very deep breaths, which usually helps me calm down.
  • During periods of anxiety, I stay active and engaged in various activities.
  • I make an effort to stay connected with my friends and family.
  • I love spending time with children, so I often play with them to relax.
  • If a conversation or topic makes me anxious, I tend to forget about it for a while.

These strategies help me manage my anxiety effectively.

We are all going through a really difficult suition thats time are really hard for every anxious in anxiety time but we have faith in Allah. As Muslims we think that our suffering can only be lifted by Allah.

We offer tahajweed prayers prayers, because that's time is very vital for prayer and Allah say I accept every wish which someone muje Sy Kuch mangta hy recite the Quran and pray to Allah on a regular basis. ask for His help believing that He will lead us through this trying moment.

And all these efforts after we discussed such a problem with family. We discuss our emotions and make an effort to be strong and face a such anxious condition To maintain positive thinking we rely on our faith and search for ways to reduce the cost of the medical care. Our friendships and faith enable us to manage our stress and anxiety.

My dear friend we could not deny the presence of anxiety in life because its there but its uoyo us how we deal us.

Yeah namaz is the best ways to deal with it how much we will close to Allah he listen us and keep us away from tensions.
