Voy a continuar con mi experiencia, disfruten la historia de Chichén itzá. Resulta ser que en el lugar hay muchos puestos de artesanías, por todas partes te van a ofrecer algún tipo de artesanía y vas a querer comprar todo, pero mucho cuidado, como en todo lugar turístico hay personas que quieren abusar de los turistas. Si deseas comprar una artesanía hazlo porque te nace y porque realmente quieres hacerlo.

I will continue with my experience, enjoy the history of Chichén itzá. It turns out that in the place there are many craft stalls, everywhere you will be offered some kind of crafts and you will want to buy everything, but be careful, as in every tourist place there are people who want to abuse tourists. If you want to buy a handicraft, do it because you are born and because you really want to do it.

El Caracol se piensa que esta estructura fue diseñada por los mayas como un observatorio para ver el firmamento, en su interior existe una escalera en forma de Caracol es por eso que se le dió ese nombre, aún se pueden ver algunas ventanas que funcionaban para ver el cielo. Es de mis estructuras favoritas.

The Snail is thought that this structure was designed by the Mayas as an observatory to see the firmament, inside there is a staircase in the shape of a snail that is why it was given that name, you can still see some windows that worked to see the sky. It is one of my favorite structures.

Los Mayas tenían un juego de pelota que consistía en aventar un balón por los aros, pero solo usaban su cadera y algunas extremidades del cuerpo. En maya "Pok ta pok" más que un juego era un ritual ceremonial, para el sacrificio humano y los ritos de la fertilidad.

The Mayas had a ball game that consisted of throwing a ball through hoops, but they only used their hips and some extremities of the body. In Maya "Pok ta pok" more than a game was a ceremonial ritual, for human sacrifice and fertility rites.

Cómo les comenté anteriormente dentro de este sitio arqueológico existen algunos cenotes de agua, para los mayas los cenotes eran sagrados y lugares de sacrificios humanos, también se ofrecían cultos al Dios "Chaac" del agua. Los cenotes me dejaron impresionado se siente una carga de energía tan fuerte y tan bonita.

As I mentioned before, inside this archaeological site there are some water cenotes, for the Mayas the cenotes were sacred and places of human sacrifice, they also offered worship to the God "Chaac" of water. The cenotes left me impressed, you can feel such a strong and beautiful charge of energy.

El Castillo es la pirámide más impactante y principal de Chichén itzá mide 30 metros de altura y va dirigida a Kukulcán el Dios de la serpiente, está construida en piedra caliza. Y es un monumento muy impresionante.

The Castle is the most impressive and main pyramid of Chichén itzá is 30 meters high and is directed to Kukulcán the God of the serpent, it is built in limestone. And it is a very impressive monument.
