Are you one of the people who get angry easily?

Anger is a indeed an strong emotion such like love and sadness. When you are in deeply care about someone it is natural to sometime feel frustrated and upset with them. These feeling can stem from a sense of a possessiveness or even in from deeper issue like sadness🥺 and resentment. Hate is a strong word and when combined with anger it can be particularly damaging to relationships.

Personally I will try my best not to let anger get the best of me. I believe to in showing kindness and love to everyone around me. However it is important to acknowledge that anger can leads us to say and do things that hurt others even unintentionally. Over time I have learn that people change including myself. As have grown older I have become better at managing my emotions including 🤬. When I was a younger I used to get angry over small things but with experience and maturity I have become more patient and cheerful.😌

Learning to control anger is not just about an improving relationships with other it is also an about personal growth and well being also .It is a journey of self awareness and emotional maturity. By understanding and managing our emotions good 👍 we can foster healthier relationship and a more positive outlooks on in a life.

What situations make you lose your calm and get you in a bad mood?

I find myself by losing my calm and getting into a bad mood in a situations where there is a lot of stress and pressure. When things do not 🚫 go according to my plans and expectations it can be frustrating. Interruptions especially when I am deeply focused on something importantcan also throw me down 👎 and put me in a bad mood.

Another thing that can be affect my mood negatively when people are rude and unfair. It is hard to stay calm when faced with disrespect and injustices. Sometimes even small things like in a series of major inconveniences throughout the day can accumulate and make me feel irritable.

Overall to maintaining a positive mood is an important to me so I will try to manage these situations by taking deep breaths and stepping back to regain perspective and talking things through with someone I trust.

Tell us the last reason that made you angry.

The last thing is that made me angry was a feeling embarrassed 😣 because someone dismissed my views or ideas and thoughts. It really bother me when someone act like they are always right 👍 and belittles other opinions. It made me feel both an angry and embarrassed on that day.

Do you think getting angry is bad or a negative thing?

Anger itself is not a inherently bad or negative. It is a natural emotions that everyone experience at times. Feeling angry can signal that there is something important on to you that is not going as expected and that you feel unfairly treated. It can also motivate me to address issues and make changes.

However how we are express and manage our anger is a crucial. When anger is expressed inappropriately like yelling being aggressive and saying hurtful things it can harm relationship 💔 and cause regret. It is important to learn a healthy ways to cope with an anger such that taking deep breaths and stepping away from the situation temporarily and calmly discussing the issue with the person involved.

Moreover chronic or uncontrollable anger can have a negative effect on physical and mental health over time. It is essential to recognize trigger and learn a techniques to manage anger constructively like practicing relaxation techniques and seeking support from friends family or a therapist.

In summary while anger itself is a natural emotions it is important to handle it in a way that promote understanding or communication and positive outcomes in both personal and professional relationships.

Hola, amigo gusto en saludarte! el estrés y la presión también me hacen poner de mal humor! no me gusta que me hablen en situaciones así jeje creo que debo aprender a controlar un poco más eso!
