Tradisional Medicine Recipes for stomach Acid and Gastritis
Hi @steemwomensclub and beautiful women in the SteemWomen Club community, I'm very happy today I can post again after a few days of not being able to do much because of an unhealthy condition but now I'm healed.
Today I want to share about traditional recipes for acid reflux disease and inflammation of the stomach lining. Usually for those of you who experience increased stomach acid, especially if there is inflammation, then you will experience bloating, pain and pain in the stomach. My husband has also experienced it and my parents share this traditional recipe. My husband takes traditional medicine once every 2 days and now it's healed, no pain and bloating.

How to make :
- Turmeric cleaned and cut into small pieces.
- The young areca nut is cut in half then take the contents.
- Half-cooked eggs.
- Put the turmeric, areca nut and palm sugar into a blender, then add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.
- Do the filtering and discard the dregs.
- Add a half-boiled egg, then mix well and drink.
