Hola queridos amigos.

Es un honor participar en esta prestigiada y maravillosa comunidad, esta semana con un tema muy interesante e importante para nosotras las mujeres, que es el cuidado del cabello, ya que es una de la prioridades que tenemos nosotras para el cuidado, y si el tratamiento es natural mucho mejor, ya que con los cambios climáticos tiende a resecar, descolorar, entre otros.

Hoy les traigo un tratamiento para suavizar o alizar el cabello con tratamientos naturales y no agresivos para nuestro cabello, la foto muestra un ante y un después de la aplicación del tratamiento. Acompáñame a ver como se realiza y se aplica este tratamiento.

Today I bring you a treatment to soften or straighten the hair with natural and non-aggressive treatments for our hair, the photo shows a suede and a after application of the treatment. Join me to see how this treatment is performed and applied.

Desde que se inició la pandemia las pocas veces que salgo de compras por lo general llevo mi cabello siempre agarrado con un moño y cuando lo suelto tiende a tener forma ondulada por mi cabello de hebra gruesa. Aquí en la foto les muestro como uso mi cabello a la hora de ir de compras.

Since the pandemic began, the few times I go shopping, I usually wear my hair always tied with a bun and when I let it go it tends to have a wavy shape because of my thick strands of hair. Here in the photo I show you how I use my hair when shopping.

Para la preparación de este tratamiento los ingredientes son los siguientes:

• 3 cucharadas de féculas de maíz
• 50 mililitros de leche de coco.
• 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva.
• El zumo de un limón.
  Con estos cuatros ingredientes podemos lograr tener nuestro cabello suave, manejable y alisado.

For the preparation of this treatment the ingredients are the following:

• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 50 milliliters of coconut milk.
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
• The juice of a lemon.
  With these four ingredients we can achieve soft, manageable and straightened hair.

Preparación:

Para lograr una crema debemos colocar en una olla los 50 mililitros de leche de coco con la fécula de maíz y mezclar hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa, ya lista la bajamos del fuego y agregamos el zumo de limón y la cucharada de aceite de oliva, mezclamos. La dejamos reposar durante 20 minutos antes de la aplicación.

Preparation:

To achieve a cream we must place the 50 milliliters of coconut milk with the cornstarch in a pot and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved, then we lower it from the heat and add the lemon juice and the tablespoon of oil. olive, we mix. We let it rest for 20 minutes before application.

Aplicación:

Debemos tener el cabello completamente seco para aplicar nuestra crema.

App:

We must have completely dry hair to apply our cream.

Vamos abriendo capa por capa del cabello para aplicar la crema desde la raíz hasta la punta.

We are opening layer by layer of the hair to apply the cream from root to tip.

Peinar muy bien el cabello, suavemente como mínimo 3 veces cada mechón.

Comb the hair very well, gently at least 3 times each lock

Cuando tengas bien esparcida la mezcla, déjala actuar por media hora (45) minutos, colocamos un gorro para dejar actuar la crema.

When you have the mixture well spread, let it act for half an hour (45) minutes, put on a cap to let the cream act.

Luego lavamos el cabello de forma habitual y lograremos tener un cabello suave manejable sedoso, hidratado, alisado de manera natural. Seca como de costumbre.

Then we wash the hair regularly and we will achieve a soft manageable silky, hydrated hair, naturally straightened. Dry as usual.

Después del tratamiento ahora a disfrutar de nuestro alisado natural. Recuerda que al ser un tratamiento que incluye solo ingredientes totalmente naturales, el alisado no será tan radical como aquellos que consigues a través de productos químicos.
