Months ago, by establishing this community, we tried to establish a space where women gather and chat. We are 1.2K people in the community right now. Our goals and number of people are growing day by day. We strive to win together by keeping the purpose and motto of the community alive. As has always been said, there is nothing women cannot do. First of all, What is Steemit for Newcomers?

It is a social news service that runs a blog and social networking site on top of a blockchain database. It is a social networking platform where users earn Steem tokens and Steem-dollars that can be traded and generated by the service by sharing, discovering and commenting on content.

• If you are a beginner, you can increase your Steem Power power by setting your posts to 100% power.

• Your voting value will not appear until 500 sp. You determine the value of votes you give to others after 500 sp. When you upvote someone else, you don't lose anything from your power or money.

• You can also win a curator award.

• If you are thinking of passive income, you can earn regular steems every month by delegating your powers to the community if you do not want to spend too much time.

What is Steem Women Club?

First of all, as the name suggests, it means women's community. Some women do not write because they are ashamed. I set them up thinking of encouraging them. I founded it to bring together women who are active in Steemit to share our ideas by presenting them. Thus, the first women's club was established in Steemit.

First of all, there are some rules that you follow because you are in Steemit. Sometimes you may be making these mistakes while thinking why I can't get votes.

• First and foremost, you need to prepare a quality post. Simple and irregular articles have little chance of being voted on. Or there is little chance of being selected as a quality post.

• Take care to use the original image while preparing the post. Of course, this is not the rule, but the ongoing quote images will not make your posts quality.

• Do not share any of your posts on the Steemit platform on any other platform. Or do not share your posts on other platforms on the Steemit platform. It will cause you to be blocked.
We make sure that your posts are exclusive with the #steemexclusive hashtag.

• You can only share a post in one community.

• Plagiarism is prohibited.

• Do not copy from other people's posts.

Our aim is to be the largest community of Steemit as every community. If we consider the number of women here, this is not a dream. And rather than thinking about our issue, it is to ensure that you women get awards by writing quality content. My personal goal is both to bring you to the community and to ensure that you prepare regular and attentive posts instead of sloppy. I would like to state that I am very sincere about this. I'm trying hard for this. The purpose of my preparation for this post was to collect all the information in the same post. • You must be especially original.

• Describe how well you know the subject you are preparing.

• Use images that are not copyrighted.

• Choose words with care

• If you are going to post on the contest, make sure you follow all the rules.

• Finally, interact with women in the community.

• Have the patience to vote on your curators. The curators carefully choose to make the posts specific to this platform.

•First of all, you should be aware that we are not curators. We can vote for you thanks to the delegation power of the community. This is different for every community. The more you delegate, the stronger the community. As a community, we provide voting support for most quality posts, taking into account voting power.

•Second, we only send quality posts to the curators by selecting daily quality posts and selecting contest winners. It is up to you whether you get votes. It doesn't always mean that everyone will get votes. No curator's vote is guaranteed, and so is his community.

As a community manager, I take great care in selecting your quality articles and submitting them to the curators.

• I send 5 quality posts to curators every day that don't get votes. In this way, we try to support unrated quality posts. I will continue to select quality contest posts that have not received votes.
