In life we need to reached out and open up ourself to people, possibilites and chances in life for us to live a happy life and survive.

I remember the times I'm so much in trouble and lost in concentrating how hurt I am and thinking too much of what I have done wrong and keeping it all myself. That time I found myself sickly and down not just emotionally and mentally but most of all physically. I was savouring the pain all by myself. I was thinking its the best thing for me to do to not to hurt people sorrounds me that care for me. I was pretending to be okay I close my door, limit myself from any talk and opening up is nowhere to find.

And now I come to realized it's really not helping me to move on, recover from pain and get myself back on track. So I decided to reached out and open up. By then I beginning to get well my body heals naturally. Therefore it's not just our hearts who needs connection, love or any relationship in the world. Our body needs it and that love begins in opening closed relationship. And with that in mind and practicing it will give you a happy and healthy heart body and mind.

Too often we underestimate the power of touch, a smile, a kind word a listening ear, an honest compliments, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn life around.

So for those people closing there door and and choose to live life alone thinking it would be the best feeling or cure drop that feeling and start to OPEN Up more often and get those healthy relationship you can get from your family, friends and neighbor's. Have those relaxing, happy, fun meetings and quality time. I believe they're best in getting rid all those stress and burdens in the world.
