Ingredients
Procedure
Wash and slice your tomatoes and onions into tiny pieces | |
Wash and also slice your spring onion and keep aside | |
Grade your pepper and keep aside | |
Wash your iced fish, put in a pot, add curry, seasoning cubes and slice a little onion, add water and cook on the fire. | |
After the fish is done, bring it down and keep aside | |
Set a pot of vegetable oil and heat on the fire then stir fry the fish and keep aside | |
Then add your already sliced tomatoes, pepper and curry into the hot oil and allow to boil very well to drain the water | |
Afterwards, add seasoning cubes and fish stock, stir and allow to cook again till the stock is drained | |
Then add your spring onion, stir and cover for 5 minutes. | |
Then add your fish inside and bring down from the fire | |
Finally your sauce is ready to be served
It can be eaten with either yam or white rice.
