Today I will be sharing with you about fruits and their benefits to the body and Health in general.
WHAT IS FRUIT?
Fruits are source of essential vitamins and minerals, and they are high in fiber. Fruits also provide a wide range of health boosting antioxidants to the body.
Eating a diet high in fruits can reduce a person’s risk of developing heart disease, cancer, inflammation and diabetes. people who eat more fruits have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Fruits provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body, it is very hard for someone who always eat fruits to fell sick.
Always ensure to wash your fruits very well then peel them before eating to avoid dirt and germs.

They are Low in Calories.
They helps to regulate the body system.
They are natural in nature.

Apple is a kind of fruit that help high in water, low in calorie & density. Apples are high in fiber and water.

WATERMELON
watermelons are low in calories which can help fight dehydration, it have a lot of water content in it and can detoxify your body.

it can lower risk of heart disease,
it can boost digestion and prevent inflammation
ORANGE
orange are round, orange-colored citrus fruits that grow on trees. Citrus fruits may be especially powerful for preventing disease.

it can help to reduce cold & cough
it can also help to heal wound
it can boost your immune system.
PINEAPPLE

Don't eat too much of it, so that you will not be allergy to it because your teeth, tongue & throat will be itching and shocking you after eating.
