It pleases me to introduce to you my hardworking assistants who have been working behind the scene with me, welcoming newbies to our whatsapp group page, assisting in getting any posts from the community that concerns us like when any of us are featured as one of the quality post for the day in the community post, it is shared in our whatsapp group page so that we can congratulate the steemian . I also have those who assist me, doing the work of a taskforce. I recently created a group in whatsapp where we all drop our posts links that we published in the womens community. it is a rule that before you can drop your post links, you must have made a meaningful comment on at least two other peoples posts. Our Determination
We african women in the @steemwomensclub community are determined to abide by the rules guiding this wonderful community and to support our community to reach its target. Although most of us have very insignificant steempower, we will try our best to grow it and to support the community via delegation.
A guide for all of us especially to the newcomers on how to make quality posts
I want to encourage all of us to regularly check on this post by @steemwomensclub community to help us understand the type of posts we can make in this community.
There is no limit to this, but it should be on certain issues.

Support Program from The @steemwomensclub community To All of us
Our dear community through her amiable admin @svm038 have mapped out plans or have a running program to support us all. This she does via the following ways
• through our community account. Most of us must have been receiving supports from our community account. However, because we do not have much steem power, we do not vote with high value. That is why we should try as much as possible to make resealable delegations to the community account so that we can grow our account and support us all with a value that was s reasonable.
•Booming account
Daily, 5 quality posts are sent for support to booming which only support posts that are of quality. So, let's try our best to always have active quality posts in the community. Remember that we are much, so it needs to go round unless there is no quality posts from others.
• Contests
Our community hosts weekly contests and even daily contest. If we try our best to participate, and we abide by the rules, we can stand a chance to receive support even from our bigger boss, 01.
• All of us, no matter how little our steem powers, can support each other through both and quality comments.
There are also rules that we need to abide by, among other things are
• Plagiarism is highly prohibited. If cought, you will be dealt with accordingly.
• Do not ever mention any of the curators in your post no matter what. We should not solicit for votes. The reason is because no one is owing us any votes. We are only supported but it is not our right so don't demand for it. It comes naturally through hard work. So why not try to save some steem and power up, or power up your posts to 100% so that you can support others. In any case, we are receiving supports. After all, all the steem power in your wallet or SBD are all gotten via supports.
