African women representative report for the week ending 3rd April, 2022||See what you have missed

It is another wonderful week that has just ended dear @steemitblog and steemwomens club community and I am pleased to present the report of the African women as regards their activities for the week that ended on Sunday, April 3rd, 2022.

As usual, my report will cover the following activities

• The total publications made by the African women throughout the week

• The powerup they did

• Their active delegations

• Their club status as of today

• And the regular guides for the women

• Conclusion

ACTIVE POSTERS FOR THE WEEK

I have presented a table of the African women of the number of Publications they made within the said week. 19 women were active and they made 39 publications. Yes, these women stick to the steemwomens club community despite the fact that there was a break in transmission as regards booming support. This simply proves their love for the community irrespective of the support. @hannybanny for instance surprised me this week by making 6 publications unlike her. I appreciate her. Of course,most of them were supported with the community curation account to the extent possible but the good thing is that they remained active and am proud of them all. Below is the table

Club status of the active women for the week

I have checked the club status of the active women to determine their club status. The check revealed what is in the table below 👇👇👇

I am glad the all the active women are at least in club5050. It is quite commendable but I will will encourage you all to try hard as much as possible to climb to the next club if you are in club5050 and club75. It is still for our own good. Don't just remain where you are.

I also want to advise is not to for any reason leave or earnings in our wallet for more than 30 days or one month. Keeping our earnings in liquid steem or sbd or even savings does not warn you anything at all. Invest it in your steempower and take advantage of curation rewards, delegation rewards if you delegate or even for future purposes.

Remember that if you have not powered up in the last 30 days or one month, you can not be in club75 or club100. You must power up your earnings at least monthly. And make sure you empty your wallet, don't store some and powerup some. Take advantage of #spud4steem promotion and powerup monthly. But if you are doing so weekly, no problem too.

LEARNWITHSTEEM

This week under review, I helped the African women learn about how to look up for their voting CSI from their steemworld page. I helped them to understand that it is good to rise by lifting others. That is to say that they need to upvote their fellow users no matter how little their steempowers are. Voting different users at least 10 in a day will increase their voting CSI. At any point in time, their percentage should not be below 5%. Let me check voting CSI for @ngoenyi from her steemworld page

You can see that the voting CSI there is 16.6% and there is no self vote.

Our self vote should not be up to 5%. Ordinarily, we are not supposed to vote ourselves.

GUIDE ON ACCEPTABLE PUBLICATIONS IN THE WOMEN COMMUNITY

It is true that we want to encourage all women to be active in the community, but that doesn't rule out the fact that the community has an acceptable publications. • It is important to note that we should take the club status very seriously by constantly checking if we are still in the club. Our supports from booming and from any if the curators, be it @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02 depends on the club status even though we are sure that the supports are not certain. But we want to do our part first by being in the clubs especially upgrading to club75 or even club109.
