A woman is a flower. She is confident when she glows. This is by nature. Her face, her skin, her outward appearance as a whole matter to her just so much. A glowing woman is a happy woman.

Greetings beautiful SteemWomen, I’ll like to talk today about my skin routine.

The skin is very complex. What works for your skin might not work for mine yet what I know is, as complex as the skin is it is very easy to keep good

First things first, to have a glowing skin one needs good hydration and proper hygiene. These two are very important
What I have realized is that harsh chemicals do not really do any good to the skin. Instead, it burns it up and totally damages the body skin
With these said, the things I use for my skin are
Lux bathing soap, a sponge, Nivea body lotion and lemon/lime and sugar for exfoliating

I always use Lux bathing soap but this time around I didn’t find it in the shop so I bought Royal Kimi because they kind of look similar

To begin with, I try as much as I can to exfoliate my skin at least once a week. I do this by simply squeezing the juice from the lemon/lime and mixing with the sugar. I use the mixture to scrub my whole body. This helps to take out the dead cells from my skin and thus helping my pores to breathe freely and be more open and receptive.

Daily, I shower twice. Morning and before bed time. I use my sponge to scrub my body together with my sweet scented bathing soap. I scrub the first time, rinse my skin and the sponge and then redo again. I do so because, the first scrubbing washes out most of the skin dirt and the second time I do it, it just perfects the cleaning. After scrubbing and rinsing the second time, i wash my sponge and keep aside and I use just my hands and soap for the third washing. Now I make sure my hand and finger touches everywhere like my belly button and ears. I gently rub my whole body with the soap after which I wash it off. Now I feel and know I am clean. Shower is over
I dry my body with a clean towel and apply my Nivea body lotion . The scent is just so soft and welcoming mixed with the soap scent.
The feeling after this is magical. You will just feel like showering hourly.
I repeat same process before going to bed and I must say, I cannot complain about my skin. It looks so soft and fresh and the glow is just so visible.

Easy, cheap, no time consuming yet simply superb
