Goodday fellow women around the Globe
Welcome to my post
I hope as you read through you can pick something that may help you become a better version of you. Thank you as you read through

Introduction
Health they say is wealth, and prevention they say is better than cure(an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure).
Women especially those of child bearing age usually undergo lots of challenges/disorders and can have great consequences on the overall wellness/health of a woman . That been said and many more reasons I decided to visit a Gynea Clinic to undergo Breast/cervical cancer examination.

NOTE:- DUE TO THE SENSITIVITY OF THE EXAMINATION I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE ALL RELEVANT PICTURES

ARRIVAL

I arrived at the clinic at abouts 8.15am, my appointment was for 9.00am at the gynea clinic, but since that was my first time at that hospital I didn't know my way around so I began asking the people around, I finally asked a nurse who directed me to the gynecologist section of the hospital.
On Arrival I met a couple of people , we exchanged greetings and the told me things I needed to do before i go join the queue to see the specialist in charge, luckily for me I was the 1st patient for the Breast/cervical cancer examination amongst the patients I met.
I was asked to write my name on the list and then wait for the Doctor to call upon us( patients).

BRIEFING
At the point of Briefing, we were already about 6 patients in-line for the Breast/cervical cancer examination and the nurse in charge said she could begin briefing , she started with greetings and after which is asked if we all understood the reason we were there and of course we replied yes, she told us we would be attended to by a Male specialist and asked if anyone had an objection to it but after much consideration we all said we didn't mind and we were ready to be screened , then she told us we will be called into the waiting room one after the other and at the waiting room we are to drop all our belongings, remove all underwears( pants) and wait to be called upon, after the Briefing she then wished us well and left.

HOW I FELT

At this point, I was already nervous!!! Am sure my blood pressure had rose beyond normal , the fear of the unknown had come upon me, and I began to pray in my spirit * smiles* I said this phrase ** God please go with me ** countless times and then the other women begin to talk about the inflation of things in the country, before I knew what was going on I already loosened up and I laughed as the gist went on and on. That kinda helped me forgot my fears

AT WAITING ROOM

As I was called upon, the fear came back in many fold but I braised up as I walk into the waiting room, I dropped my bags and did as the nurse as instructed earlier and waited then I heard my name been called and I went into the screening/Examination room.

AT THE SCREENING ROOM

As I walked into the room, I saw 2 Male doctors and 3 female nurses and in my mind am like woow all this people !!! I became more nervous but I soon understood the reason why they were all there.
I was asked to pull up my cloth( God, I was soo shy) but I obeyed regardless because they are there for my sake, after which I was asked to lay on the bed in the position that seem like I was giving birth( my legs wide open ) the screening was a bit uncomfortable and i felt some pain as the test goes by , it took about 15 for the cervical cancer test ( pap smear) and about 10minutes for the breast cancer test. After the test, i was cleaned up and was given a sanitary pad to use as the test brought about some bleeding.

I used this image to give you an idea of what the testing looks like

RESULT

Nothing Abnormal was seen at the point of screening so i didn't require any diagnosis or treatment but my sample was still taken for further Biopsy.

CONCLUSION
As women , we should be intentional about taking care of our health and body, dont waste any time once you notice something isnt right, go for regular testing and checking of your health especially your Reproductive organs, and once any sickness/ disease/ ailment is confirmed begin treatment immediately.
A stitch in time they say, saves Nine!!!

My prayer for everyone reading this post is that May we always be in Goodhealth at all times. Thank you for reading my Diary. Do have a great and healthy week ahead.

Best Regards
