Once again I am participating in a contest of the @steemwomensclub community, the previous theme was about love and the person we love, a declaration of love. This week's theme changes the dynamics a bit as it is about hair care, but it is not far from love, because when we take care of ourselves we are showing that we love ourselves very much and we care about our health, even if it is just taking care of our hair.
I must confess that I have several hair treatments that I like a lot, most of them are Natural and can be done in a fairly easy way, choosing the one I was going to be presenting today was not easy, but I decided to show you one that you can find anywhere.
Nuevamente me encuentro participando en un concurso de la comunidad @steemwomensclub, el tema anterior trataba sobre el amor y la persona a quien amamos, una declaración de amor. En el tema de esta semana cambian un poco la dinámica al tratarse de cuidado del cabello, pero no se aleja del amor, ya que cuando nos cuidamos a nosotros mismos estamos demostrando que nos amamos mucho y nos preocupamos por nuestra salud, así sea simplemente cuidar el cabello.
Debo confesarles que tengo varios tratamientos capilares que me gustan bastante, la mayoría de ellos son Naturales y pueden hacerse de una manera bastante fácil, escoger el que iba a estar presentando el día de hoy no fue fácil, pero decidí enseñarles uno que pueden encontrar en cualquier parte.
Active Ingredients of this Mask
Nopal: It is commonly known as Tuna, but it is also called Nopal. It is a succulent or cactus, it is important to note that there are two types of them, in this case we will use the one with very short thorns. This plant is very flattering for hair growth. As well as moisturizing the hair fiber and scalp, it also prevents hair loss. In addition to containing many properties and vitamins such as A, C and K. Also a large amount of minerals selenium, phosphorus, copper, calcium, zinc and magnesium.
Aloe Vera: This plant is very well known all over the world, used for many things thanks to its incredible properties besides being very easy to find. It is one of the most used ingredients in hair masks because it is an excellent moisturizer for hair and hair fiber. It helps a lot with dandruff on the scalp, in addition to revitalize our hair, nourishing it with shine and strength. Thanks to its amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Principios Activos de esta Mascarilla
Nopal: Se conoce comúnmente como Tuna, pero también la llaman Nopal. Es una suculenta o cactus, es importante destacar que hay dos tipos de ellas, en este caso utilizaremos la que tiene espinas muy cortas. Esta planta es muy favorecedora para el crecimiento del cabello. al igual que hidrata la fibra capilar y el cuero cabelludo, también previene la caída del mismo. Además de contener muchas propiedades y vitaminas como la A, C y K. También una gran cantidad de minerales selenio, fósforo, cobre, calcio, zinc y magnesio.
Aloe Vera: Esta planta es muy conocida en todo el mundo, utilizada para muchas cosas gracias a sus increíbles propiedades además de ser muy fácil de encontrar. Es uno de los ingredientes más utilizados en las mascarillas capilares por ser un excelente hidratante del cabello y de la fibra capilar. Ayuda muchísimo con la caspa en el cuero cabelludo, además de revitalizar nuestro cabello, nutriéndolo de brillo y fuerza. Gracias a sus aminoácidos. vitaminas y minerales.
Stages of the Elaboration and Application of the Mask
Etapas de la Elaboración y Aplicación de la Mascarilla
- Stage 1: Selection of ingredients.
It will always depend on the length of our hair, in my case I have very long hair, so I select two Tuna-Cactus and a large piece of Aloe Vera. If possible both ingredients should be thick for more benefits.
- Etapa 1: Selección de Ingredientes.
Siempre va a depender del largo de nuestro cabello, en mi caso tengo el cabello muy largo, así que selecciono dos Tuna-Nopal y un trozo de Sábila grande. De ser posible que ambos ingredientes estén gruesos para más beneficios.
- Stage 2: Cleaning and Cutting.
We will clean the ingredients very well so as not to add any dirt to our mask. Then we must cut each of them into medium pieces and then remove the skin of both and leave the crystal of the aloe vera and the inside of the prickly pear.
- Etapa 2: Limpieza y Corte.
Limpiaremos muy bien los ingredientes para no agregar nada sucio nuestra mascarilla. Posteriormente debemos cortar cada uno de ellos en trozos medianos para luego retirar la piel de ambos y dejar el cristal de la sábila y el dentro de la tuna.
- Stage 3: Union of Ingredients.
To unite them we must blend them very well, we will help the blender by adding a little water, with 1-4 cup or less is enough since it should only be so that the blender does not get stuck.
- Etapa 3: Unión de Ingredientes.
Para unirlos debemos licuarlos muy bien, ayudaremos a la licuadora agregando un poco de agua, con 1-4 de taza o menos es suficiente ya que solo debe ser para que no se trabe la licuadora.
- Stage 4: Application.
When our mixture is ready we proceed to apply it on our hair, my mom helped me in this step. We must apply it evenly throughout our hair, from the roots to the ends.
- Etapa 4: Aplicación.
Cuando este lista nuestra mezcla procedemos a aplicarla en nuestro cabello, mi mamá me ayudo en este paso. Debemos aplicarla de manera uniforme por todo nuestro cabello, desde la raíz hasta las puntas.
- Step 5: Nutrient Absorption Process.
Once the application is finished we will leave it on for a period of 40 minutes, do not let it dry completely because it can be very complicated to remove it.
- Etapa 5: Proceso de Absorción de Nutrientes.
Una vez terminada la aplicación dejaremos actual por un periodo de tiempo de 40 minutos, no dejemos que se seque en su totalidad ya que retirarla puede ser muy complicado.
- Stage 6: Retin and Final.
Finally we proceed to remove our mask, while we massage our scalp and untangle our hair carefully, remember that being wet can be more fragile.

Finalmente procedemos a retirar nuestra mascarilla, mientras masajeamos nuestro cuero cabelludo y desenredamos nuestro cabello con cuidado, recordemos que al estar mojado puede ser más frágil.
With this mask we will provide a powerful hydration to our hair, at the same time we fill it with amino acids, nutrients and minerals necessary for it to always be healthy. I recommend using this mask once a week for 1 month, then you can use it once every two weeks and rest for a while so as not to saturate our hair. Remember that the best routine for a healthy scalp is consistency, this is what my hair looks like after using this mask, very soft and full of shine. I hope you liked it, see you soon!
Con esta mascarilla proporcionaremos una potente hidratación a nuestro cabello, al mismo tiempo lo llenamos de aminoácidos, nutrientes y minerales necesarios para que siempre este sano. Recomiendo utilizar esta mascarilla una vez a la semana durante 1 mes, luego pueden utilizarla 1 vez cada dos semanas y descansar un tiempo para no saturar nuestro cabello. Recordemos que la mejor rutina para un cuero cabelludo sano es la constancia, así se ve mi cabello después de utilizar esta mascarilla, muy suave y lleno de brillo.
