Eating a little less filling, eating a lot of funds does not exist. What is the solution for this? Yes, that is true! Make the food with your own hands and in your own kitchen. Hehe
What and how is this typical food but has an exorbitant price? Have you beautiful women ever heard of Durian fruit? Yes, this fruit is a fruit dubbed the King of Fruit. Fruiting once a year makes this fruit very expensive and the distinctive taste and soft texture of the flesh makes this fruit very expensive.
Cheap and delicious!
All beautiful female friends in this large community, I will invite all of you to jointly make the Acehnese mainstay food menu "Ketan Durian". I prepared it for you with 8 servings.
Tool;
- Prepare a steamer and fill it with water then heat it on the stove
- Prepare a frying pan to stir the semi-finished glutinous rice
- Frying pan for squeezing coconut milk
- Knife for peeling durian fruit
- Large skillet for stirring durian sauce
Ingredients;
- 5 Durian fruit (choose a sweet durian will give the durian sauce a sweet and natural taste)
- 1 kg of glutinous rice
- 3 ounces of sugar
- Boiled water
- 3 coconuts
Durian Sauce
How to make;
- Grate the coconut and squeeze the coconut milk using boiled water
- (Wash hands until clean) . Take a frying pan to stir the durian sauce. Take the durian meat and knead it by hand using gloves.
- Take coconut milk and pour it into the kneaded durian fruit. (Don't throw away durian seeds).
- Add sugar to make the sauce taste fresher.
- Stir with a spoon and then, durian sauce is ready!
Durian Sticky Rice
- Take the glutinous rice that has been washed then stir in the pan until the water is reduced and after Khalis, remove it
- Take the semi-finished glutinous rice then steam it in a steamer until the glutinous rice is cooked and ready to be served.
Finally
- Take a little sticky rice and serve it on a plate
- Take the durian sauce then pour it over the sticky rice along with some durian seeds.
- Ketan Durian is ready to be enjoyed.
Ketan Durian is highly recommended to be enjoyed while the sticky rice is still warm so that it is not too tasty when eating it, and to get rid of the distinctive durian taste smell, after eating Ketan Durian you should drink it with durian skin, it is said that it can eliminate the durian smell quickly and prevent heat in the body.
In my area, a small Ketan Durian is priced at 4 Steem in a portion, and that's for one meal, while the durian fruit, 1 large durian is priced at 9 Steem (judging by the current Steem price).
That's how my family prepares Ketan Durian, which is cooked and eaten together. Because Ketan Durian has the meaning of close family like sticky rice mixed with thick durian sauce and fits perfectly.
