Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing good in this pandemic.

I am glad to be part of @steemwomensclub as it is a platform to share things and learn things from others.

In this scorching heat, everyone wants something to cool them down , so I am going to share recipe of Mango ice-cream with little ingredients available at home. Ice-cream is mostly liked by everyone and the flavour I am using is also one of the favorites fruits for many. But in this COVID pandemic they are avoiding food from outside.

MANGO ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

▪︎ Mango
▪︎ Milk
▪︎ Sugar

HOW TO PREPARE

▪︎ STEP 1: Take milk in a pan, add sugar and boil it till it get little thick by continuously stirring it. Let it cool down at room temperature.

▪︎ STEP 2: Take one or two mango according to the size and peel them off.

▪︎ STEP 3: Now scrape out the pulp and put in the mixer jar

▪︎ STEP 4: Then make puree of it by using grinder.

▪︎ STEP 5: Now mix milk and mango. And set it in a tray or ice-cream mould and keep it in refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

▪︎ STEP 6: Now it is ready to serve.
