A big greeting to all the SteemWomen Club community, this is my 25th entry since the challenges started, I have participated every day with great enthusiasm and encouragement, and thank you for allowing through the Steem Women club Engagement Contest4 challenge that men participate in your community, you have an incredible organization, and great enthusiasm in creating educational content, this challenge is one of them.

Exercising the body and mind:

When you exercise your body you feel good, because this brings benefits to the human body, and here all your muscles are toned, burning calories you do not need, and draining all that energy accumulated, if you feel good physically you will feel good emotionally, I have seen people discouraged sad and without spirit is because of the sedentary lifestyle, usually if you do not exercise you can acquire much body weight which in turn generates other diseases and depression comes, summer brings many negative states to our lives.

Generally what I usually do so that this does not happen is the following: if the day allows it for rains the weather etc. I go to the mountain, or to the park to jog this time I went to a mountain which has spectacular scenery where you can see the whole city plus you are outdoors and not enclosed in 4 walls.

What are the benefits of exercising outdoors?

It helps to exercise the body toning and burning calories in the human body in addition to generating new muscle tissue and proper movement of the blood therefore you will have a good blood circulation.

It helps to keep the mind occupied in a goal and stop thinking about so many problems, from home to work and this reduces stress by 90%.

It generates chemicals called serotonins in a natural way, these chemicals make the human body organism to work properly and also causes a feeling of pleasure at the end of the routines usually the stronger the routine the stronger the production of serotonin.

It changes our mood if one day we wake up in a bad mood for some reason, no one else has to pay for these hormonal alterations, it is advisable to exercise in the morning that day and according to this our mood will change drastically for the better.

A healthy diet:

When talking about a healthy diet I am not saying we stop eating no, I am talking about eating healthy less carbohydrates more protein and fiber will depend on your body usually in my case I have to eat protein and fiber rather than carbohydrates as these do not benefit me at all.

If you eat carbohydrates in small quantities, and also meat as we know meat has to be eaten healthily and we can not abuse it because it raises the uric acid and this can then suffer from other diseases such as arthritis etc..

Chicken as a protein is the best and fish as they are white meats that do not generate much uric acid so the body assimilates better and faster this type of meat,

Decrease junk food, such as hot dogs, hamburgers, pizzas, and bread, I usually eat it once or twice a week at most 3 times and do not abuse because these foods besides being very tasty do not contribute to the proper diet that our bodies need to be nourished.

Value yourself as a valuable person if we are in this world is because God allows it we are all very important in this great ecosystem in which we live for many reasons, We should not seek acceptance in others if we know we did well within our own criteria within our virtues.

We must have confidence in ourselves, because there are people with bad intentions that out of pure envy will try to lower your spirits so that you do not continue any goal you have planned expressing words of discouragement or hatred about what you do. Despite this there are many weak-minded people who for some reason knowing that if they reach that goal they can achieve many goals but nevertheless leave it behind.

I encourage you to follow your goals, to follow your life and business plans, to be the one who dominates your own destiny and not others who try to harm it.

Also to have a lot of self-confidence, with the coherence and logic of what you do if it is right or not you should know it somehow.

What I like to do is music, I like to play guitar and sing and I have come across many people who have told me that this will not take me anywhere, that what I do is wrong and that I will not get ahead, that is, since I started with music I have come across these people and I really do not pay any attention to them and so far I have achieved a lot with learning, perseverance and discipline.

Wow, you are doing a pretty good job, I always want to exercise outdoor, but sadly the place I live did not have an atmosphere of that or maybe I am just to lazy for that.

I imagine that you live in a city where there is almost no nature in that case I don't know how far away is a green place where you can distract your mind that helps a lot if it is to your liking.

I live in a very populated city, we have some parks but they are small.

que lugar tan verde y bello el que elijes para ejercitarte y la musica uff es genial para activar de nergia positiva nuestro cuerpo. felicidades por esas buenas practicas que eliges para tu crecimiento personal.

hola @dloreantdiseno si siempre me ha gustado subir montañas y trotar en lugares abiertos, los rios o playas para nadar, incluso para trotar en una playa es demasiado divertido y beneficia la salud enormemente . muchas gracias.

No cabe duda que luego de Dios, el desarrollo personal va de la mano de la salud física y mental y el entrenar es uno de esos factores que nos ayudan a mantenernos sanos y ejercitar al aire libre es lo maximo! Del mismo modo que una buena alimentacion es necesaria! Me gusto mucho tu post.
