Pakistani Traditional Village food, Sohbat (Painda).

How are you my friends hope all are good, today I am going to share one of Pakistani dish usually people make in a village.
So lets start with it...
Requirements:
>A large closed pot
>big spoon
>cooking oil
>2 onion
>5 tomato
>5 green chili pepper
>7 pieces of garlic
>one and a half kg meat
>green coriander
>red spices (one big spoon)
>mixture of spices (garam masala), half big spoon
>salt
>2 liter water
Adding of all these requirements depend on you, how much do you want to make it.
Step 1:
First chop the onion, tomatoes, chili, garlic and coriander separately, after that heat the cooking oil and put cut pieces of onion in it.
Step 2:
When the onion turns brown then add meat in it.Once you put the meat in it so mix it well.
Step 3:
After mixing it well put red spices and then tomatoes, chili and garlic together and mix it well.Then close it well for a while so that curry is properly mixed.
Step 4:
After 15 minutes add 2 liter water in it.Close it again for 10 minutes.
Step 5:
After 10 minutes put coriander over it properly and close it gain for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Once all this is done, take 7 pieces of wheat chapati (wheat chapati is a round flatbread native to India and Pakistan made from wheat flour and some salt in it with water into a dough this chapati is formed rounded in shape on frying pan). Make a small pieces of wheat chapati.Then put the above recipe all over the pieces of wheat chapati.
Mix it well and put mixture of spices.
