I made "kata-kat Karahi" (Special meat dish popular throughout Pakistan) by @kinzakhan.

Hope all are fine.

Today I want to share a special meat dish named "kata-kat Karahi" popular throughout Pakistan.

REQUIREMENTS:

🔸️Onions
🔸️Tomatoes
🔸️Chilli
🔸️Meat
🔸️Garlic
🔸️Salt
🔸️Coriander dry seeds
🔸️Black pepper powder
🔸️Cumin
🔸️Yogurt
🔸️Cooking oil
🔸️Griddle
🔸️Big spoon
🔸️Covering lid

PROCEDURE:

STEP 1:
Take griddle, big spoon, cooking oil and onion pieces. First heat the oil and fry the onion pieces in it.

Then add spices, garlic cumin, salt coriander seeds and black pepper.

STEP 2:

After mixing all spices well, then add meat pieces.

Then cover it with Covering lid for sometime.

STEP 3:

Then add chilli, tomatoes over it, mix it well.

STEP 4:

After mixing the chilli and tomatoes, then add yogurt over it.

STEP 5:

Mix these all ingredients for sometime, and then eat your delicious dish with love😁🙂😋. You can cover it with vegetables of your own choice.
