Have you been thinking of a budget friendly way to enhance your skin? Tired of dull skin and products that do not work? Your search is over, I got you.

Good day my fellow community members. As you know, I’m always willing to do my part in the growth of this community.

Today, I will be showing you EASY and STRESS-FREE WAYS YOU CAN MAKE YOUR SKIN GLOW AND RADIANT. The best part of it all, the methods are all natural. So you will not have worries about side effects.

  1. Water: We all know water is very essential for the body. Did you know taking in 3-5 liters of water daily(depending on your body needs) will help your skin look younger? This is an easy way to boost your skin. You don’t even have to always take just water. A slice of lemon or cucumber into a glass of water makes it less boring. Stay hydrated friends!

  2. Fruits and Vegetables: You guessed right! These fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins and minerals that help boost our immunity and health. Your inside needs to be healthy to reflect on the outside. Your skin will glow effortlessly with the right amount of healthy eating you do.

3.Sleep/Rest: We do not call it the beauty sleep for nothing. When we sleep, new cells are created and worn out cells get disposed. Improving your sleep routine helps your skin just as well. You can also add daily meditations in your schedule.

4.Exfoliate: This is very necessary to remove dead cells on the skin. A mild exfoliant for the skin type is advised. Naturally, a tablespoon of sugar, honey and lemon can be mixed to make a scrub.

Use this mix to exfoliate your skin and wash off with lukewarm water. Dab your skin dry, and apply a moisturizer.

5.Exercise: You heard right! Exercises improves blood circulation and burns fat which might be clogging the skin pores. So, do add that brisk walk to your day and watch your skin improve.

6.Ditch Alcohol and Cigarettes: These allow toxic substances to get into the body. They also dry out the skin which we both won’t want. If you are to use them, please do in moderation.

7.Smile: Smiling gives you this younger look! It exercises your facial muscles as well and makes you more admirable. Your smile is beautiful, show it off!

8.Protect your Skin: Prevention is always better than cure. Wear proper clothings depending on the weather and occasion, do not expose your skin to harsh conditions. The use of mild soap, lotions, etc is just as important to help the skin. Always use sunscreen, to prevent skin irritations and even cancer.
