My Engagements on 24/12/2021-The Diary Game|Most awaited vacation

Hello everyone!!!

After some very busy days, we thought of going for a trip to my husband’s place at Matale. So, we started our journey early in the morning and it took nearly 4 hours for us to get to our peaceful destination. On the way to Matale, though we started the journey early in the morning, the roads were so crowded and we had to face some huge traffic congestion too. As it was a long weekend and due to the year-end, most of the people were moving outstation for vacation. Somehow, we were able to go to my husband’s home for breakfast.

My mother-in-law had prepared milk rice for breakfast and we all, including my mother, father and sister, tasted the breakfast very happily. I fed my little baby boy with his morning breakfast which was rice and some curries that I had told my mother-in-law to prepare. After a very long journey and a late-night sleep I felt a little bit tired and I went to sleep for a while. The weather condition around was amazing and we all felt more relaxation indeed!

After I woke up, my father-in-law had plucked some king coconut for me to drink and it refreshed me a lot. At that time my mother-in-law was also a bit busy in the kitchen making lunch for us and there I joined her too.

In the evening I, with my baby, walked around the house garden and the baby himself found a very happy surrounding to play freely. He ran all around the house garden and every family member joined with us to see the little babies’ joyful reactions. This is the first time that he found this type of freedom to play because in our house there aren’t many open-areas to play.
So, it was a wonderful evening and we all enjoyed it a lot and also, I never missed playing badminton as well with my brother-in-law.

So, this is how my first day of vacation went on and there are some more to come in the next few days.
