My Facial Care Routine

Okay Ladies, in this post I'm gonna be showing you my facial care routine. This facial care routine is herbal, it's easy to get, it's affordable and it's something you can do in the comfort of your home.

In recent times, I've developed this unusual love for bitterleaf plant owing to it's numerous health benefits and it's good effects on the skin and hair (hair you mean? Oh yes, I mean hair.) 😁

Bitterleaf, aside being beneficial to our health and skin, has been proven to be very effective for hair growth, scalp treatment and for shiny hair.
So, the benefits of bitterleaf to the face, body and hair cannot be over emphassed.

Tips on how to use bitterleaf as facial mask

• Wash the leaf with enough water. Do not add salt to it while washing.
• Place in a bowl and add little water to it. Then start squeezing it until the greenish foamy juice is extracted.

• The leaf and the liquid extract can be be useful, so you can store them in your fridge and use morning and at night.

• After washing and rinsing your face, Apply the moist leaf on your face and leave it to air-dry.
• After like 15 minutes wash it off with a mild soap and water.

Then wipe your face with a clean towel.
Here's my soft, flawless and glowy face.

How to use the liquid extract as mask on the face/skin

• Pour the extracted bitterleaf extract on a spray bottle and sprinkle on the face or on the body.
• Allow to dry and leave overnight
• Wash off, first thing in the morning.

Look at this weird tips

• Get a clean dry facial wipes
• Soak it in the liquid extract and mask it on your face.

Please ensure that the eye area is open to avoid penetration into the eye.
• Allow the mask to dry. Then, remove and wash off.

How to use bitterleaf extract on the hair

• Wash and rinse the hair
• Part the hair into sections
• Apply the liquid extract on the scalp and massage from the root to the tips. Continue adding the liquid until the whole hair and scalp is probably saturated.
• Cover the hair with a shower cap and leave for about 30 minutes.

• Then rinse off.
