Hello guys 😍...

How are you guys..Yesterday 03/03/2022..I am a new member of steemit ..... Also this is the first post I put up on Steemwomensclub ..... So when I woke up this morning at 7 am..It was a little rainy day ...

The first thing I added to my breakfast this morning was a cup of papaya juice ... As I have heard this drink is very good for the body ... But everyday food is unhealthy .... There is a saying that nothing is too much. We ate rice with coconut sambal for breakfast ...

For lunch I ate rice with mango curry, lentil curry, leafy greens, and a half-boiled egg .... I often try to get a balanced meal ... Try different types of food that I like ... Our home appliances I love to make the most of what I have, even if I don't have it ...

After lunch I increased my knowledge of English, English vocabulary by watching English programs on youtube and writing in an unknown word book and studying ... In the evening I spent time with my puppy..We took a walk in the garden and played ... He loves to play ball ... and then I water my anthurium ...

I ate fried rice for dinner. I drink a lot of water as a habit ... I still do not forget to do that ... As I have heard, drinking water every day is a great help to keep our body healthy ...

This may have been my first dairy game challenge, but I hope to make up for my shortcomings and go a long way with steemit ...
