APPLE PIE is possible on a diet
INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
1 egg
60 ml milk
20 g corn flour
110 g of rice flour (can be replaced with wheat flour)
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
7 g sugar zam (or 70 g sugar)
50 ml vegetable oil
2 apples
Fill:
20 g butter
2 g sugar zam
1 egg
COOKING:
Fill:
Mix melted butter with sugar and egg.
Dough:
Mix all the ingredients with a whisk. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Pour the dough into a mold. Put the sliced apples on top.
We bake in a preheated dukovka at 180C for 30 minutes.
