Hope all of you will be fine and enjoying the good health.

Today i am making somethings intresting and very easy very very famous and traditional Pakistani recipe in my kitchen.It is delicious Karhi Pakora Pakistani food recipe.Hope you like my recipe.Let's move on the recipe.

Karhi Pakora

Ingredients


For Karhi

▪Curd . 2 cup
▪Besan. 1/2 cup
▪Water . 5 cups
▪Oil . 4 tbsp
▪Cumin seeds . 1 tsp
▪Red chilli powder .1tsp
▪Turmeric powder .1/2 tsp
▪Salt .1 tsp
▪Mustard seeds .1/2 tsp
▪Onion .1 large size
▪Garlic.1 tsp
▪Ginger. 1tsp
▪Tomato.3
▪Corriander .1/4

INSTRUCTIONs


Making of karhi

Step•1


Take a mixing bowl,add curd into it and beat it well.Add besan into the curd,keep adding little by littel water gradually and mix the curd and besan with the hepl of a hand beater.Mix it well,keep this mixture aside.

Step •2


Now take a small bowl,add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli,tomato, green chilli ,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder.make a paste of these spices by adding some water mix well and keep aside.

Final step


Take a cooking pan,add oil and heat it.Add cumin seeds and let them splutter,then add the spice paste.

Saute the masala on low flame untill oil starts appearning at the corners.Now add the curd and besan.At this stage keep strring continuously as the batter is add to get rid of lumps.

Keeps stirring for a few mintues.Adjust salt by checking it and add if required.
Coock the karhi for 15 to 20 mintues on low flame and add the deep fried pakaoras into the karhi.

INgerdients

▪Onion choped.1
▪Corriander. 1/4 cup
▪Green chilli . 2
▪Red chilli .1tsp
▪Salt .1tsp
▪Besan .1 cup
▪Potato.4
▪spinach 1/4 cup
▪brinjal .2 small size
▪Oil for frying

Take a mixing bowl.Add 1 cup of besan,add salt as per requirement,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,add potato ,spinach, onion, brinjal and keep adding water gradually and make a semi thick batter.The batter should be mixed well.

Rest the batter for 20 mintues.

Take a karai,add oil into it and heat it.Make small round dumplings of the besan batter and drop them oil.

Deep fry them on low to medium flame until all the side are fried well.

serve the karhi with hot cooked rice.
