Hello my Steemwomensclub Steemians !!!!!!

How are You All?I hope you all are safe and healthy 😍.
Today’s I am sharing with you the recipe of ”Shaami kabab” .I hope you all like it very much.
Shaami kabab are usually cook with mutton, beef or chicken .But My family and I like chicken shaami kabab that’s way I have made kabab with chicken .It is very easy to cook and very popular in our houses in Pakistann and commonly eaten in Hyderabad with cooked rice or chapati.
These taste is very yummy and very flavorful.Its very mouth watering 😋 dish.

INGREDIENTS


•Chicken cubes ½ kg
•Chana Daal ½ cup
•Potatoes 3
•Ghee 2 Tbsp
•Salt to taste
•Red chili powder to taste
•Turmeric powder ½ tbsp
•Shan tikka masala to tast
•Shan shami kebab masala to taste
•Eggs 2
•Lemon juice 1 tbsp
•Onion finaly chopped 1
•coriander
•1 capsicum or bell paper
•Mint leaves
•Green chilies 2

▪In a pan add water where the chicken and all other ingredients should be boiled. Add water just enough to partially cover the chicken. Do not add a lot of water. Add chicken pieces, potatoes, Chana Daal, Ginger garlic past, Red chili powder, turmeric,, green chilies Salt, and boil it for 8 to 10 minutes.

▪Let’s its cool for some time.

▪Once the chicken and potatoes have been boiled, separate the chicken and potatoes, and slice the chicken and potatoes according to your preference.
▪Then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste

▪In Chopped chicken and potatoes add all the spices and raw masala and mix well .

Using your palm to make the kababs of any desired shape that you like. Make shaami kabab shapes.

Freeze them for 30 to 40 minutes.

▪Break an egg to a bowl and beat it properly to make a uniform mixture.

▪Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
▪When the oil is hot enough.
▪Add the shaami kababs to the egg mixture part.
▪We gently slide these into hot oil.

Now shallow fry the kababs from both sides until golden brown.

You can serve hot kababs with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
