Weekly Report as South Asian Representative of the Steem Womens' Club | Successful Promotional Video | Surprise 40 Steem for Promoters
Greetings to all beautiful ladies!
I am presenting the first report of the month of September. Since the beginning of the month, many changes have occurred across all the communities of Steemit due to the new support program. As you know, we managed to get booming support tier 1 again. Admin and Mods are trying their best to make the most out of this support plan.
Success of Promotional Video by South Asian Women
At the beginning of this week, I shared a promotional video made by South Asian women. I want to share here that the video had been absolutely hit. People loved it. For the last few weeks, we had no newcomers from South Asia but this week 5 new women have joined and have already been to a great start.

Giving away 40 Steem for 10 Promoters
This wouldn't have been possible without the promoters. The curator gave a good vote on the video. I shared 50% of the rewards with the @womenclubcharity. I am further sharing 50% of what I actually redeemed with all the promoters for their efforts. That is 40 steem for 10 promoters. Each promoter will get 4 steem shortly.

Statistics
Some basic stats of overall activity in South Asia before and after the support program are as follows:

This decrease in activity is due to various reasons.
Members tend to move towards bigger votes.
With the increase in activity, nominated posts should increase. But activity increases and posts remain 5. So this demotivates a lot of women because it decreases their chances of getting chosen.
Official account has to grow as well to strengthen the community. So it has to be nominated once or twice a week for booming. For that two women are skipped in a week.

Delegations Stats
I am proud to announce that there are 23 delegators now from the South Asian region. I have been educating women about the importance of delegations. Many women are new but they are powering up and delegating their steem power to the community. Delegators enjoy some perks in the community like delegation rewards.
Although delegations are not mandatory like vote support is not guaranteed. But delegators get preference while we choose posts for vote support. It does not apply to newcomers but we expect our members to build their steem power and delegate after a certain reputation score. Members who only keep withdrawing the rewards and don't power up will most likely lose the vote support and those who do not delegate will get less support than delegators.
I want to thank all our valuable delegators from South Asia. Here's the list and their delegation amount and rank in the community.
Important Note: Those members who are facing posting issues due to the low RC status after delegation can leave a comment here. I will delegate 50sp for two weeks. In the meantime, you can buildup your steem power.
User Verification
You must get a verified label to be eligible for vote support. You just have to complete the achievement 1 task in the newcomers' community and drop its link under this post for verification. I will give you a verified label.
Vote Support
Please do not beg for votes or spam my inbox with your post links. I manually check all of your posts and leave comments.
When can you complain about not getting support?
- You actively post in the community. At least 2 posts per week.
- You create top-quality content.
- More than 15 days have passed since the last vote.
- You are a big delegator.
If you post rarely and get disappeared for weeks then don't demand support. Some people are consistent and post daily. We prefer those over you.
If you are posting daily and your content is of superb quality, you might be selected once every week. But again please don't demand votes.
Beneficiaries to official account and charity account
In order to support the official account to grow its sp fast, either you can delegate a handsome amount or make a habit of allocating at least 15% of your post rewards to it. You will get a higher chance of being selected in top picks.
We run a charity project for needy children handled by the account @womenclubcharity. You can set your post rewards to 50% beneficiary to that account and use the tag # womenclubcharity50pc. Sc01 looks out for this tag and might support you.
Comments and Engagement
In order to increase activity in the community interaction with each other is of utmost importance. Empty posts look suspicious. We now vote for meaningful comments from the official account in order to encourage commenting.
Whatsapp and Telegram Group
We have a WhatsApp group for Pakistani members as Telegram doesn't function there sometimes. Those who want to be added can ask for the link privately on discord.
We have a general group for all South Asian Women on Telegram. I suggest you all join it for queries and updates.
